What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View the issues list for a project by selecting the project from the context drop down
2. From the issues list, click the reports dropdown under the search box (Reports > Create Time Report)
3. Note that the context will be pre-filled with the context selected for the issue list
4. Provide a name and save the time report
5. Time report is created with no context, showing time logged for all projects
What is the expected result?
The time report should save the context that is pre-filled in the creation dialog and, when generated, only show time tracked for that context
What happens instead?
The time report is created with no context, showing time logged for all projects
