In the Comment section, sometimes we want to address a user in the comment who may/may not be assigned to that issue.
Can you implement a way to address user by name in the comment section by using the @ sign?
This will work similar to Facebook. When you press @, a drop-down list of all registered usernames (who have access to the project of the issue) will show up. The user whose name is referred to in the Comment will then receive an email with that comment.
This is useful to get someone's attention even if that person has not been dealing with the issue at hand.
