JT-19316: Not receiving request to sync (in YouTrack) from Zendesk

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have gone through the steps here - http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/YTD4/Integration+with+Zendesk
2. When I click "Send" the send seems to be hanging. I've attached a screen shot.

What is the expected result?

A confirmation message when I go to YouTrack > Admin > Zendesk Integration

What happens instead?

Nothing in YouTrack and in Zendesk, the send button just keeps rotating and rotating (screenshot attached)

This may be something for the Zendesk folks to look at. Just let me know if you think I should contact them instead.
