What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Agile Board
2. Move a card with nobody assigned to it from Open to In Progress lane
3. The card is moved, nobody is still assigned to it
Most often the person making the move is the person who will be working on that card. It only makes sense that they get assigned to that card so that everyone can see who is working on the card
