JIRA have many localization resources, it very hard to understand 'what is string for in UI?'. Charisma is building very light UI, will be very nice to have some 'magic i18n mode' for UI skin rendering. In this mode, every one text label have 'translate' action, after user save translation it can share it for language/country depend on locale, or just personally for himself.
Sound like something fantastics, yes :) But in our company it very often request – translate this text to this one. But in JIRA it very hard to implement :(
