What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using the export function "Issues in CSV"
2. after I exported the file, open the exported excel
What is the expected result?
export the whole selected list that includs the cyrillic letters as well
What happens instead?
Instead of the cyrillic letters there are question marks in the csv file
