What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Set up a rule in Admin/Mail Integration to pick up emails from a mailbox and create issues for each in a project
2. Send an email to that address
3. Issue is created and one gets a reply about it with a link to the new issue.

What is the expected result?

I'd like to be able to customize that email

What happens instead?

The template for this message is absent in Admin/Notification Templates page.
And default email doesn't use Template Components (like footer.ftl) either
