Decrease the project current issue number after the last issue(s) deletion.
Example.
My workflow creates 17 issues at once.
Let's the current issue number is X. I tested my workflow, it created 17 issues as expected, and just after the test I deleted all created by me issues. The new issue is created with the number X+17+1, but it's expected it to have the number X+1.
