What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/incloud/GET-Project-Custom-Fields.html
2. Why default tags are changed when you receive REST API GET response?
3. Last working version with tags defined in documentation is - #Build 46727
4. Some integration dependency packages from 3rd party apps are not working anymore with newest tags.

What is the expected result?
Must be (working version #Build 46727):

</projectCustomFieldRefs>

With newer version it's differs:

</projectCustomFieldBeanRefs>

What happens instead?
Can't receive REST API GET response tags that are predefined in documentation

STR:

1. Start YT with empty database (or upgrade existing db with unchanged default roles)
2. Go to Roles page
3. Check roles' permissions

ER: No permissions marked as changed
AR: Some roles have permission marked as changed. Like Developer has Read User Basic marked as changed, Observer has Read Project Basic as changed, Project Admin has Create Project as changed.

Custom fields for Issues within projects are great, but we need somewhere to also store metadata about a whole project. Things we might need to store currently include:

• project manager
  
• lead developer
  
• budget
  
• client contact details
  
• due date
  
• id numbers of the same project in other systems such as FreeAgent
  
• URL to project wiki
  
• etc.

Of course we can store this information in other systems, but it would really make it a lot more useful to us if there was a possibility of storing it within YouTrack.

In the latest YouTrack, each project now has a page which is great (accessed from cards on the /projects page). It finally actually displays the project description (as requested in JT-5129). But that description should support wiki formatting, to show paragraph breaks and above all links– such as a link to the project staging URL or other resources. Automatically linking issue id's in the description would also be valuable (i.e. all the standard YouTrack markup formatting).

External Hub allows you to add project icon. Thus, it could be shown on Project Wizard's project card.
With built-in Hub, the option becomes disabled. Though, I can refer to direct URL, i.e yt_baseURL/hub/projects and add the icon.

Now if user has large list of Favorite projects all of them are shown at once on /projects-new page. And after this long favorites list goes small part (10 names) of all existing projects with "Show more projects" link.
IMO behavior should be consistent for both lists (favorites and all projects), so there should be "show more" link after first 10 favorite projects. On the other hand, such case with tons of favorite projects can be too rare to implement this behavior (plus it should be implemented for Hub's projects list as well).

Information about total number of team members is absent for now (in Hub it's shown in tab header, but it doesn't seem to be good decision for YT because there's no counters in other tabs).
It also would be perfect, if there's information about how many of them are assignees.
