java (since version 9) is divided in to 70+ modules, not all of them are required for YouTrack to run.
So there is an idea to build custom image of java binaries useful for YouTrack.
java provides some tools for making such custom java images:

jdeps
(analyzes what java modules classes from JAR file depend on) -
jlink
(create the custom java image that includes subset of all modules)
