I have a low resolution laptop running firefox v38.0.1 and youtrack self hosted v6.0.12634. This issue happens whether firefox is full screen or not.
When I click on a field with a large number of members it extends down past the edge of the screen. If the list a huge number of items then a scroll bar is shown, but the scroll bar extends too far down, so you still cannot select the last 10 or so items. I believe this is caused by youtrack thinking the screen/display/window size is bigger than it actually is, causing it to draw the lists offscreen.
Attached is a screenshot of our youtrack with a custom field that does not have a scroll bar (youtrack_no_scroll). Attached is another screenshot from your youtrack (in this issue creation, actually) showing the scrollbar which is expected for long item lists (your_youtrack_w_scroll). Even with the scroll bar you can see that the end of the list is still below the bottom edge of my screen, I attached another screenshot showing this behaviour (your_youtrack_bad_scroll).
It makes it so I can't see what all the subsystems are, so I'm leaving it at No subsystem.
Maybe this is a firefox issue? No, this also appears in Chrome 43.0.2357.81 (you need to update your browser bundle to have later versions of firefox and chrome).
We're trialling a large roll-out of youtrack for our company (~500 users), this is a high priority issue that needs to be fixed. We have a lot of shitty laptops with terrible screens ;)
