Not sure who's side this is on (zendesk or youtrack) but comments pushed to zendesk from youtrack are one comment behind.
E.g. As you add a comment to a youtrack issue (that originated in zendesk) the comment doesn't appear in zendesk until you add another comment. And the most recent comment added to youtrack isn't visible in zendesk.
