What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Email sent to service account via Macbook Air (Outlook for Mac 2011)
2. Mailbox integration fetchs email from service account
3. Email is deleted
4. No ticket is made
What is the expected result?
Youtrack reads email coming from any email program.
What happens instead?
Email is deleted, as set by the postprocessing rule, but no ticket or comment is made.
Please provide any additional information below.
We have only experienced this with Mac's. All emails sent via browser and windows based systems work without issue.
