What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure multiple projects
2. Configure dedicate mail boxes for each project in Mailbox Integration
3. Create a ticket by email
What is the expected result?
Notifications must be sent from the same email address configured in step #2
What happens instead?
Notifications are sent from the global email address configured in Settings: "Server 'from' email"
I Find way simpler to create different mailboxes for each project, than a single mailbox with complex rules to route tickets to the right project.
But this makes the option to answer to email notification not usable.
Any idea on how I can solve this?
