Currently we can set exact Date and time, but in the Interface we see only Date.
Seems that it would be nice to chosse representation format wich:

- optionally includes Time (24h or A.M/P.M. format)
- allows to set Date representation e.g. 27/08/10, 08/27/10, 27 aug 2010
