Very often (more than in 50 % of cases) I get the error on the screenshot when I try to attach a file.
The interesting thing is that if I reload the page, in most cases (although not in all of them) I find that the file has been attached successfully.
I use Opera 11.64 for Mac OS X 10.7.3
I haven't tried with other browsers.
