1. Not clear what 'Guess URL' means
2. Why there is a strange 'System' group for single field?
3. 'Guest account' -> 'Enable anonymous access' There should be an action in the on/off checkbox name.
4. 'User registration' -> Radio 'New users can register themselves'/'Only administrator can register new users'
5. 'Captcha' -> 'Enable captcha on user registration page'
6. 'E-mail' -> 'Allow YouTrack to send e-mails'. It is also better to move e-mail settings to separate page/dialog.
7. 'Jabber Notifications' -> 'Enable Jabber Notifications'. It is also better to move jabber settings to separate page/dialog.
