Return issue type popup to the toolbar, and add this popup into links block
Focus on input
If only one issue satisfies the request, then after pressing enter, the popup should close and the issue will link.
We should show search input right away with a popup. Now, input works, but you can't see it:

This issue was supposed to have been fixed in 5.0.3 but apparently is not.

Now I have a set of tickets with the whole parent/child relationship messed up, users don't understand anymore in which order these tickets must be handled and basically everyone is standing-off, waiting to know what to do.

When trying to remove the parent, I get that "Can't have negative period field." message.

Please help as soon as possible.

Take an issue with many comments, copy a permalink to a comment that is not included in the set of comments that load automatically; open the permalink with the new FSI.

Expected: YouTrack auto-loads as many comments as necessary to show and select the target comment
Actual: Only the default issue view is shown, and the target comment is hidden beneath "Load more"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Create some custom field (e.g. Fix-Version)
Make it visible only if the state is "Resolved"
3.Now change an issue from New to Resolved.
A command window is opened,as expected, with the correct label that "Fix-Version is required"
Set the Fix-Version to some value and press apply
ERROR: "The Fix-Version field is not supported for issues with State: New"

Although I changed the state to Resolved.

What is the expected result?
The command windows should have been opened with action to change also the state, not only fix-version

What happens instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
When working in experiential view of issue page, it works!!!

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Attach workflow script (see below) to a project
Make any change in an issue in the project (But not every issue will trigger the error. When error appears it appears 100% time for the issue)

What is the expected result?

The change in the issue will be applied succesfully.
Workflows console will show...
- proper list of all issues that has link Subtask of (This works as expected)
- issue entity for each issue in the set

What happens instead?

Issue is not changed.
- An error message appears at the bottom right corner: Workflow rule "development/global" threw an exception when processing issue Issue: id = 75-27808 (HRI-401).
Worflows throws an exception

Just theories... and maybe unrelated things...
I think it might be related somehow to new issues in state of Drafts. Some "ghosts" ones that we can not see from the GUI, but still exist in DB.

We had the same problem as described in JT-42057. The workaround if (parentIssue.id !== 'Draft') { does not work on it now.
We recently upgraded YouTrack from 2017.3 to 2018.3, but our YouTrack is currentlly not properly set and runs out of memory now (GC overhead limit
exceeded) (I read somehwere around here that some cron should be cleaning old / deleted issues once 24 hours, just in case it fails to be run because of the memory)
I noticed that id in the exception error message is in similar format as id of an issue in Draft, so i tried to access it directly on URL https://youtrack.iinfo.cz/newIssue?draftId=75-27808 (I have all possible roles that can be set in the YouTrack administration). Clean draft was shown with message The requested draft doesn't exist anymore, so a new draft was created instead
- We have 5 archived projects (We noticed that issue of those projects can not be accessed any more even with direct URL)

A member created a ticket in the project X with title A
User moved the ticket to the project Y (assigned new fields etc.,)
Now the ticket is showing up as with title A in listing & widget
But when clicked and opened the detail, it is showing an already closed ticket's status
